For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Members before withdrawals can be processed.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all transactions on ug88.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, features, content, and functionality available on the ug88 platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and togel lottery.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behavior listed under Clause 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

Access to ug88's services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that covers ug88 or any platform operated under the same license.

ug88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on ug88, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your account:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on ug88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited.

ug88 operates under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. All Members are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. The following documents are required:

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all four corners of the document and legible text throughout.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your KTP adjacent to your face. The photograph must be recent and taken in adequate lighting.
• Proof of Address (where required): A rec ent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document bearing your full name and residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.

ug88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

ug88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5×, 10×, or 20× the bonus amount) is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. ug88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds where evidence of systematic multi-account bonus claiming is found.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Slot games contribute at rates of 100% unless otherwise stated. Live casino games, togel lottery markets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in each bonus's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering a bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is Rp 100.000 or as otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the promotional window stated on the offer, and bonus balances not wagered within the validity period, will expire automatically. ug88 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
• ug88 Loyalty Program: Points earned through the Bronze, Silver, and Gold loyalty tiers are subject to the loyalty program terms published separately on the platform. Cashback and tier benefits are non-transferable and hold no cash value until redeemed under the stated conditions.
• ug88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the ug88 platform across all product categories:

• Acceptance of Bets: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen or system confirmation. ug88 reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error.
• Sports Betting — Bandar Bola Markets: Odds for bandar bola (sports bookmaker) markets, including Asian Handicap, voor bola (goal-line handicap), Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are set by ug88's trading team and are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Accepted bets are settled at the odds at the time of bet placement.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play odds may be suspended at any time at ug88's discretion. Bets placed during a temporary suspension may be voided. ug88 is not responsible for technical delays in data feeds that may affect in-play bet acceptance.
• Togel Lottery: All togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets are governed by the draw results published by the relevant official draw operator for each market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, Cambodia, China). ug88 will settle togel bets strictly in accordance with the official results. In the event of a disputed result, the official operator's published figure prevails.
• Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures are verified by independent third-party auditors. ug88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours without being played to a natural conclusion, or where a technical error materially affected the bet. Void bets are refunded to the Member's account balance at the staked amount.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout across all sports markets is Rp 500.000.000 per event per Member per day, unless otherwise stated on a specific market. Casino game maximum payouts are governed by the individual game's published rules.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one ug88 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, generate registrations, or exploit any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct arbitrage betting in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime using the ug88 platform.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of ug88's technical infrastructure, software, or security systems.
• Using the platform to place bets on behalf of a third party in a professional capacity (i.e., acting as an agent or proxy bettor).
• Engaging in chargebacks through your bank or payment provider as a means of recovering funds that were legitimately wagered and lost. Chargebacks constitute fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ug88 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the ug88 platform — including but not limited to the ug88 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game assets, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug88 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ug88 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any ug88 content without express written permission.
• Using ug88's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside of personal use.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting odds data, game content, or any other platform data for commercial or competitive purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on ug88's platform, design, or software architecture.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ug88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

ug88 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their device and network meet the technical requirements for safe use.

ug88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The Member's own request to close their account or exercise a self-exclusion option.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. ug88 reserves the right to withhold balances for up to 90 days where an investigation into potential Prohibited Conduct is ongoing.

Nothing in this clause limits ug88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
